Tee Time Online Booking

Advanced Tee Times are available for requests greater than 10 days in advance and available to all golfers. Please note that no discounts are available when booking an advanced time (resident, non-resident, punch card, season pass discounts, etc. do not apply).  See below for details.

SEASON PASS holders and PUNCH CARD holders use "Tee Times" button and sign in to see availability.  DO NOT use Advanced Times button or you will be charged the full premium rate.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS - You are financially responsible for ALL parties booked under your reservation (if you book for 4 golfers, you are responsible for 4 golfers).  PLEASE READ our late cancellation/ no show policy below. Our golf course is in high demand and we want to ensure all of our golfers have an opportunity to play.

Online Tee Time Reservation Policies

Advanced Tee Times

Premium tee times may be booked between 11-60 days in advance.  ANY GOLFER can book these tee times at the Premium Tee Time rate of $169 (prime season/ prime time).  Premium tee times may be booked ONLINE ONLY.  For groups of 16 or more golfers, please follow this link to get in touch with our group coordinator for information on pricing and availability. 

Non-Resident Tee Times

Guests may book at the posted non-resident rate inside 10 days in advance at 7am MST.  

Resident and Punch Cards

Discounted resident and punch card rates are available if booked inside 10 days in advance at 7am MST.  Proof of residency will be required for all resident and punch card rates.  *Drivers license, utility bill, or tax statement all qualify as proof of residency.  **Non-resident property owners are included and are considered Routt County homeowners with 100% ownership of a property (not fractional ownership, timeshares, or long-term rentals). 

Season Passes

Tee times may be made 14 days in advance beginning at 7am MST.  This does not include punch cards.  Haymaker DOES NOT GUARANTEE tee time availability, please be aware that some tee times may not be available depending on preferred tee time bookings, events, and maintenance schedules. 

Late Cancellation and No Show Fees

  • Fees will be automatically charged to the credit card used to book the tee time.  These fees cannot be waived.
  • For each player in a group not cancelled 24hrs or more in advance of a tee time, a $30/ player fee will apply (you book for 4 players but only show up with 3. Note a rider DOES NOT count as a golfer and should not be booked under the reservation).
  • Groups that do not show up entirely will be charged at the full rate of the tee time (a threesome books a time and does not show up or cancel). 
  • These fees apply to all golfers in all rate categories including resident, season pass, punch card, premium and non-resident times.
