Consistently voted among the best golf courses to play in Colorado, Haymaker Golf Course was rated the "#5 Golf Course You Can Play in Colorado, 2023" by Golfweek Magazine and "#1 Mountain Golf Course, 2023" by Colorado Avid Golfer Magazine.  Proudly owned by the City of Steamboat Springs, this 233-acres of parkland boasts a championship golf course that features at least four sets of tees per hole, playing from 5,059 to 7,308 yards. It has been heralded as a ‘core layout’ using large greens and gentle undulations, which blend seamlessly with the topography of the region. 

Players are rewarded by uninterrupted vistas of the Yampa Valley and Mount Werner on every hole. Free from residential development, the only distraction is the local wildlife that calls the parkland ‘home.' Haymaker boasts a large, family friendly practice facility with driving range, sand trap, chipping and putting green.
