*Non-Resident Property Owners are the owners of improved property in Routt County, who do not hold a current Routt County Drivers License or Voter Registration. 

Non-Resident Property Owners may be eligible for Resident 'Grandfather' status if they were Registered as a Property owner and played Haymaker  during either the 2008 or 2009 Seasons. Resident 'Grandfather' status applicable only to Season Passes and Punch Cards for 2010.
